Automotive connectors (automotive standard connectors)
Automotive connectors are the core of the vehicle’s electrical connections. Low voltage connectors are used for fuel vehicles, while high-voltage and high-speed connectors are added for new energy vehicles.

Low voltage connector (universal for fuel vehicles and whole vehicle body, 12V/24V)
Wire to wire connectors: docking between wire harnesses, docking between door, taillight, and chassis wire harnesses.
Wire to board connector: wiring harness for ECU, instrument PCB board, dedicated for vehicle body controller.
Board to board connectors: interconnection of internal circuit boards within modules, internal control and instrumentation.
New energy high-voltage connector (electric vehicle three core, 300V~1000V, 50~600A)
Power battery PACK connector: cell module, battery pack total positive and negative pole connection (single cell high current).
Motor electrical control connector: drive motor → MCU controller three-phase power plug.
Car charger OBC, DC-DC high voltage connector.
High voltage interlock HVIL connector: safety detection, power-off protection when opening the cover (standard).
Vehicle fast/slow charging gun connector: National standard GB/T, European standard Type2, American standard CCS charging interface.
Features: Metal shielding shell, IP68 waterproof, flame retardant, arc proof, high voltage insulation design.
High speed&RF connector (intelligent cockpit+ADAS autonomous driving)
FAKRA RF connector (blue/green casing).
Vehicle mounted high-speed Ethernet/HSD connector.
Car USB/HDMI connector.
